60 minute visit - complete assessment to determine root cause of injury, chiropractic adjustment, manual therapy, therapeutic exercise programming.

Follow Up Visit - $190
60 minute visits - reassessment, chiropractic adjustment, manual therapy, exercise programming.

Treatment plans vary depending on how long you’ve had your injury, compensations that have developed, and other lifestyle factors, such as ergonomics, occupational demands, sports.

20 minute phone call to discuss your needs, answer questions, and determine if my care is the right fit for you.

insurance

In order to provide the most complete, personalized service, I am out of network with all insurance providers.

I can provide you with a superbill that you can submit to your insurance provider. This is a special form that you can submit to try and receive reimbursement for health services rendered. You may also submit a superbill for HSA/FSA use. I do not provide assistance in this process.
